Top 5 Most Popular Motorcycles in the Philippines in 2020

Top 5 Most Popular Motorcycles in the Philippines in 2020

Before diving directly into our list, let us be comfortable with the fact that 2020 is a horrible and painful year not only to the Philippine motorcycle industry, but to virtually all industries there are in the country.  Not only motorcycle sales or car sales were severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, but also the very people behind the said trade.

The Philippine transport system was also literally paralyzed in general, along with most of our bread and butter.

“In the Philippines, the potential of the transport system as a transmission vector of COVID-19 is a prevailing threat that cannot be ignored. However, as the lifeblood of the economy, the transport system cannot remain at a standstill..” – Department of Transportation (DOTr).

Major parts of the country were on lockdown and this definitely made it hard for us Filipino's to move around to get supplies and daily essentials. Even with the gradual easing of transport-related restrictions, kinailangan nating mga pinoy ang isang alternative na mode of transportation na praktikal, mas mabilis at mura.

Out with the negative, in with the positive!

Ayos ba?
